AMUR GAS PROCESSING PLANT: HOW TO ASSESS PROJECT BANKABILITY FOR PROJECT INVESTMENTS?

Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveschensk is the project owner and operator of the Amur Gas Processing plant.
The plant is going to be the largest in Russia and one of the largest plants in the world processing natural gas. Its estimated project capacity is 42 milliards cubic meters per year. The largest helium production unit (up to 60 millions cubic meters per year) will make part of the Amur Gas Processing Plant. Gazprom Amur Gas processing plant will be technologically connected with the deep hydrocarbon processing plant which is now under consideration by Sibur.
