The Board of Directors of Romanian natural gas producer Romgaz has appointed Adrian Volintiru as General Manager for a full four-year term.
Romgaz is the largest natural gas producer and the main supplier in Romania. It is a joint stock company whose majority shareholder is the Romanian State owning a 70% stake. The company plans to invest nearly RON1 billion in the second half of the year in exploration, development and raining natural gas storage capabilities.
