Sibur signed 142 contracts for Zapsibneftehim in November

In November, SIBUR signed over 140 contracts with 66 Russian enterprises for the supply of equipment and building materials for the ZapSibNeftekhim hydrocarbon raw material processing complex, the company’s press service reports.
Angar, LLC, GORELTEK FACTORY, CAT LTD, LLC, TD SAZ LLC, Louis + Western Siberia LLC will supply pipe fittings, fasteners, cable products and other materials for OZH. Parts for pipelines and pipe products will be shipped to TK “Athena”, LLC “Metalcenter Leader-M”, LLC “Inteko”.
Cable products will be supplied by LLC Tomskkabel, LLC NED-Perm, LLC TES.
Polyethylene components, including pipes and spare parts, will be shipped to the company CJSC Polymerprom and LLC Polyplastic Ural.
Also, according to the results of the agreements concluded in November, Russian enterprises will supply computer equipment, fire and technological equipment, rolled metal products, and fasteners to ZapSibNeftekhim. Delivery of equipment and building materials under the August contracts will last until February next year.
The overall progress of the construction project of “ZapSibNeftekhim” was 90.5% in October. The design was completed by 100%, construction and assembly work – by 89.1%. The supply of materials and equipment is 98.4% complete.
The configuration of the ZapSibNeftekhim project involves the construction of pyrolysis plants with a capacity of 1.5 million tons of ethylene per year (technology from Linde AG, Germany) and 500 thousand tons of propylene, 240 thousand tons of high margin by-products (butadiene, butene-1, MTBE, pyro benzene). The project also envisages the construction of production of various grades of polyethylene with an aggregate capacity of 1.5 million tons per year (technology of the company INEOS, Great Britain), installations for the production of polypropylene with a capacity of 500 thousand tons per year (technology of the company LyondellBasell, the Netherlands).
