The first project is a is a joint venture of PJSC NK Rosneft (49% share) and China National Petroleum Corporation (share – 51%) called PetroChina-Rosneft Orient Petrochemical Company Ltd. (Tianjin). The project provides for the creation of an oil refining and petrochemical complex in the industrial zone of Nangan in Tianjin, China.
The second project is also a joint venture between Rosneft and Pertamina – PT Pertamina Rosneft Pengolahan dan Petrokimia (Rosneft – 45%, Pertamina – 55%).
